Sheebha Velayutham - Founder & Managing Director

Sheebha Velayutham is a dynamic entrepreneur and visionary leader in the food and hospitality industry, known for building scalable, health-focused QSR and cloud kitchen brands. As the Founder and Managing Director of Shaambhavi Masala Products, she brings a strong blend of innovation, operational excellence, and customer-centric thinking to the evolving food ecosystem. With a deep expertise in cloud kitchen models and franchise expansion, Sheebha has successfully led the development and growth of multiple food brands that emphasize hygiene, sustainability, and preservative-free offerings. Under her leadership, her team has played a pivotal role in developing and scaling brands such as Addipoli Puttu’s, Kidulan Foods, and Meenchaar, each catering to modern consumers seeking authentic yet convenient food experiences. Her entrepreneurial journey reflects a strong commitment to innovation—ranging from introducing unique steamed food concepts to designing sustainable packaging solutions that maintain freshness and quality. She has also demonstrated strategic foresight by aligning her business with scalable SOP-driven operations and targeting high-growth markets, including GCC countries and institutional platforms like IRCTC. Prior to Shaambhavi Masala Products, Sheebha founded and successfully scaled ventures like Radhe Food Industries and Radhekumari Food Industries Pvt. Ltd., where she established Addipoli Puttu’s as a recognized brand with strong customer acceptance and operational success. An MBA graduate in Information Systems, Sheebha combines analytical thinking with creative execution, making her a strong force in building future-ready food brands. Her leadership is defined by a passion for quality, sustainability, and creating memorable customer experiences.

Santhosh Narayanan - CEO & Co-Founder

Santhosh Narayanan is the driving force behind the strategic growth and operational excellence of Shaambhavi Masala Products. As the CEO and Co-Founder, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s vision, scaling its brands, and building a strong presence in the competitive food and cloud kitchen industry. With a sharp focus on marketing and brand positioning, Santhosh leads all promotional strategies, ensuring strong customer engagement and consistent brand visibility across platforms. He is also at the forefront of franchise expansion, developing scalable business models and partnerships that enable rapid and sustainable growth. His expertise extends into product development and innovation, where he continuously works on enhancing menu offerings to align with evolving consumer preferences—while maintaining authenticity and quality. Alongside this, he oversees kitchen operations, implementing efficient systems and SOP-driven processes to ensure consistency, hygiene, and high performance across all outlets. Known for his entrepreneurial mindset and execution-driven approach, Santhosh is instrumental in transforming ideas into successful food brands.
